The session is divided into three key parts:

Sending Healing Energy: Next, I will channel healing energy to help clear blockages, restore balance, and support your emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Reading: Finally, I will connect with the spirit realm to answer your questions or explore specific areas of your life, bringing through the messages, wisdom, and insights that are most beneficial for you.
