CHANGES: To change an existing appointment, please call
or text (203) 714-4203.

Jami has a 48-hour change policy.
At that time, a session may be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 48-hour change policy.  A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.

CANCELLATIONS: To cancel an existing appointment, please call or text (203) 714-4203.

Jami has a 48-hour cancel policy.  You will be refunded the session fee minus 20% as long as you adhered to the 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for missed appointments. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it. Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment.

Jami reserves the right NOT to offer rescheduled appointments to certain individuals if cancellations and changes persist. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.

Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.
